Ecochain provides two solutions to empower businesses – Ecochain Mobius and Ecochain Helix. I am the product manager (PM) for Ecochain Helix, which enables businesses to create LCAs at a large scale for their production facilities and assess the environmental impact on a company, process, and product level. As a PM, I am responsible for the development of the product during the entire product lifecycle, from translating the customers' needs into product vision to overseeing the development and launch of new features with a positive impact.

As a trained crew member in the Revolution Foundation’s Sustainability Management Training program, I contribute to sustainable and circular systems before and during festival, events and organizations. Examples of managing a sustainable festival are the Resource street (how are resources are collected, recycled and reused), practical workshops to volunteers, implementing the hard cup system.

With its platform, Seenons connects all the players in the waste chain to get to zero waste and stimulate the circular economy. It connects those that create waste with those that re-use it to reduce waste and accelerate the transition towards a circular economy. Seenons is an award-winning tech company with a clear vision: a waste-free world. As one of the first-joiners of the tech startup, I helped growing the company to an 80+ FTE scale-up, thereby setting up a product development team from scratch.As a product manager in sustainability, I steered a 6 FTE squad of designers and developers in E2E online product development. Together we build the main B2B app, which connects enterprises to the rest of the waste chain, such as waste partners or governmental institutions. The in-app dashboard gives insights into CO2 emissions (scope 3) and R-ladder score to help customer reduce and separate waste better ánd become fully compliant with CSRD reporting standards.More specifically, I was responsible for setting the product vision and prioritizing the roadmap based on customer feedback and KPIs associated with the customers, product, and the go-to-market strategy. As the main point of contact between the clients, the business and the product & dev team it was my responsibility to laying the blueprint of the platform, ship what's promised, set up and implement pilots on the platform and keep stakeholders aligned during the process.

My job was to facilitate the optimal customer experience for our customers - from partners, to customers and governmental institutions. Core of the job were workshops to capture customer requirements and the translation thereof into the ideal customer journey. Other tasks ranged from customer research and setting up marketing automation campaigns to facilitating new customer pilots and setting up a data-driven journey.

Role was to attract, grow, nurture and onboard the (1) customers; (2) logistics & processing partners and (3) zero-waste consultancy partners to our platform. My approach was to outline the persona & customer journey for each customer, set data points to analyze the journey, and generate leads through growth hacks along this journey.
