I am currently responsible for:- Creating Power BI reports providing the team with insightful metrics and KPIs for data-driven decision-making.- Implementing triggers and automations in Zendesk to streamline team processes and enhance operational efficiency and also doing some Admin configurations.- Designing workflows using Zapier to automate alerts and optimize critical processes.- Conducting in-depth Power BI analysis to generate ideas and recommendations for continual service improvement initiatives.In this role, I leverage my expertise in Power BI reporting to empower the team with data-driven insights.
