I am a Team Lead Manager at UGL Dispatch, a leading logistics and services company in the USA. I am also pursuing my Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering at Beirut Arab University, where I have gained a solid foundation in structural design, geotechnical engineering, and project management. My core competencies include sales management, time management, and team management, which I apply to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of logistics and services to our clients.In my current role, I am responsible for the direct execution of logistics and services, overseeing a team of 40 employees, managing budgets, schedules, and contracts, and liaising with external stakeholders. I have successfully handled several large and complex projects, such as the development of a luxury resort, where I worked with KEY real estate as a civil engineer, restoring old buildings and working on underwater structures. I have also contributed to the piling and retaining walls with anchors project with Keyrouz contracting, where I demonstrated my skills in geotechnical engineering and problem-solving. I am motivated by the challenge and satisfaction of delivering high-quality services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
