Manage the complete overhauls for frame 3 gas turbine engines both in the shop and in the field. The process begins when the customer turns the engine off, goes through disassembly, inspection, quoting/scope adjustment, repairs, reassembly and finally turned back on. This process heavily involves working with various vendors to complete several of the technical aspects of the project as well as working directly with customers to understand their needs and satisfaction level.Also manage the technical aspects of the Field Service department running projects all the way from inception to billing. This includes creating and managing all the operating procedures and processes to keep the crews running efficiently without hiccups as well as all the tooling for those crews. With each project being walked through each step of the way it helps with catching errors on both the technical and financial sides of a project to reduce rework and keep margins high.
