Key Responsibility: -Responsible to handle clients' technical queries-Providing the best possible solutions to clients' specific business requirements-Responsible for project management, scheduling & delivery-Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about the product and services-Drive awareness into the account base through regular email campaigns and drive attendance to live and online seminars-Handling all customer related issues and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction-Regularly interact with existing clients and accountable to prospective clients -Presenting & demonstrating compelling web and mobile solutions to clients via the phone, email, live chat or video call-Executing strategic call & email campaigns around upgrades & legal compliance initiatives-Ensuring the proper implementation of our standard practices and processes-Communicating and collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments to maintain a seamless process and drive revenue for the iPraxa-Proactively resolving service-related issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and formulating the best solution to the problem-Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of iPraxa competitive positioning in the marketplace-Providing technical and payment related support to clients and understanding new payment methods

• Review and comprehend business requirements and functional specifications.• Work closely with the engineering team to understand product architecture and functionality.• Understand end-to-end testing requirements and maintain test plan for functionality.• Strongly contribute to Test Case/Test script writing.• Participate in the creation and enhancement of the continuous integration platform used to test all our projects.• Experience with Web application standards and API (Web services, XML, JSON, HTTP, HTTPs)• Experience with Test and defect management tools• Participate in Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Data migration & Compatibility Testing.
