Launched Industry-first UPI QR powered by BharatPe, Micro-insurance, Loan Sourcing & Loan collections app. Helped the NBFC get an Investment grade Bank Loan rating “BBB-” & MFI Grading of “M3”

As a Product lead, launched Domestic Money Transfer (PPI & Bank BC), micro-ATM ( AePS), Bill pay (BBPS, Airtime) and accept digital payments (mobile PoS, BHIM Aadhaar, UPI QR) products for an expanding network of 100k CSPs. Launched small tenure loans for CSP financing through instant advance against settlement amount; and collateral-free loans of less than 90 day tenure.Additionally, lead alternate channel comprising of MFIs, SRLM and other mandate driven projects.Achievements:Lead the NPCI pilot on Bharat BillPay, bagged the first non-Bank BBPOU license from the RBI. Also, represented Spice Digital in the BBPS steering committee meetings.

Lead resource for facilitating and Monitoring Credit Bureau for micro-borrowers, Industry Compliance & Risk Management, data analytics. Played key role in on-boarding and managing relationship with MFIs.Represented Indian Microfinance diaspora in International events, namely Bank Negara Malaysia & World Bank’s Credit Infrastructure Programme, 2015; Social Performance Task Force Annual Meeting held at Cambodia; BWTP & FDC's 4th Asia Microfinance Forum held at Shanghai.

Distribution and Operations lead in executing Financial Inclusion projects with Clients (Banks & Insurers) in Bihar & Jharkhand. Liaised with Government on important issues & mobilized support.
