Production Management:Managing Project starting from client’s concept inquiry, Costing of project, Preparing Quotation, Proposing Kitchen layout, Preparing Electrical Layout Design, Calculating Total Electrical Load of Product and Electrical Load Distribution as per DEWA Standard. Further Interior SS Work designing and fittings, Production Planning achieving Schedule timing targets, Quality Check and Assurance till project delivery meeting turn around target. Analysis between Quotations and Final Expenses on Project, final profit & loss report.
