• Formulate and implement KP Police Investigation Inspection/Performance Process’s.• Develop checklist for police monitoring and inspection teams to utilize while conducting inspections of investigations. • Develop monitoring and inspection structure for implementing police performance/inspection processes.• Conduct study to monitor and assess performance of police investigations within a specified time frame to pinpoint weaknesses and deficiencies therein. • Formulate recommendations for improving overall quality of investigations of KP Police. • Formulate recommendations in police investigation inspection processes to encourage the use of forensic evidence in investigations. • Develop Institutional/Performance Questionnaires to be filled by the District Police Officers (DPO) and implemented by the Criminal Justice Coordination Committees (CJCC) to gauge the institutional performance of the members of district CJCC's in KP.• Develop performance scorecards for justice institutions in line with the Key Performance Indicators in the Rule of Law Roadmap.• Cater justice institutions (Judiciary and Police) policy reforms initiatives in line with the Key Performance Indicators in the Rule of Law Roadmap. • Formulate and draft methodology on Criminal Case Management Rules to be implemented in the KP courts to ensure timely and equitable conclusion of criminal cases.• Engage with the justice institutions (Judiciary, Prosecution and Police) to pinpoint weaknesses aand deficiencies in criminal cases in KP causing undue delays and possibly inequitable outcomes. • Formulate Draft Provincial Justice Committees (PJC) SOP's in line with the mandate given to it by the Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan (LJCP).

• Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point between the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police regarding all Coffey International’s activities.• Support and provide advice to the senior Technical Advisor with regards to the implementation of the project work plan in relation to the KP Police.• Ensure optimal cooperation of the KP Police with regard to all components of the CJCC project. • Identify any issues that may be encountered with respect to the implementation of the projects Police work plan activities and recommend practical solutions to achieve ultimate result required. • Adhering and ensuring that the decisions taken by the programmes leadership are followed through and implemented within the timelines. • To necessitate that Coffey International develops and maintains a good relationship with the KP Police Focal Persons so as to ensure adequate and timely cooperation in the implementation of the project work plan activities. • Manage, monitor and identify any potential projects risks which may adversely affect the project work plan activities and also recommend appropriate actions for the Senior Key Expert.• Review and provide feedback in relation to project deliverables and give recommendations so as to ensure timely implementation. • Organize, manage and implement all activities of the project relating to the Criminal Justice Coordination Committees in various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with the aim of ensuring that there is adequate coordination between the various branches of the justice sector. • Coordinate, support and advise in conducting Police Forensic Packaging and Investigation Training's to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police. • Prepare and submit quarterly progress reports and also make recommendations to ensure timely implementation of the project activities.

• Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point between the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police regarding all Coffey International’s activities.• Provide secretarial support to the Additional Inspector General of Police Head Quarters, KP in what so ever capacity needed including reviewing draft policies for approval and also drafting and briefing the stakeholders with regards to the Police orders issued by the Additional Inspector General Head Quarters and the Deputy Inspector General Investigations of Police in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.• Briefing the Additional Inspector General Head Quarters of Police and the Deputy Inspector General Investigations of Police with regards to the development of policy documents, Trainings and results of the Aitebaar’s and UNDP’s implementation of the concept of Model Police Stations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.• Ensure optimal cooperation of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police with regard to all components of the Aitebaar project.• Ensure the development and implementation of an internal Police Monitoring Mechanism for the Model Police Stations developed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in collaboration with the Additional Inspector General of Police Head Quarters and Deputy Inspector General of Police Investigations• Coordinate timely implementation of all aspects of the project with particular emphasis on the approval, development, implementation and monitoring of key services developed at Model Police Stations such as the Women’s Desk, Community Policing Forum, Victim Support Services.
