Performed as part of legal advisory team overseeing the finalization of legal and Financial agreements/Deeds and contracts with business and Financial partners and successfully delivered organization wide ERP with end-to-end visibility.  Review and Preparation of all financial report, consolidated, monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual financial statements and their presentation to the Board along with their analytical review, trend, financial analysis and its external Audit.  Regular Management reports to BOD, Cash Flow Projections, Feasibilities, Costing, Investment Appraisals for strategic analysis and decision making.  Oversee the budgeting process, review and monitoring of the Budgets, with variance analysis and initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact of variances.  Monitor all financing, Purchasing, Payroll activity, Revenue, Capex, Working capital and all other expenses for business, along with their variance analysis.  Working relation with Vendors, Consultants, Govt. officials and all business stakeholders. 2.
