In my current role, I am associated as Resource Management (RM) senior consultant with one of the fastest growing business unit of Capgemini i.e. Infrastructure Services.I am involved in end to end RM activities like demand forecasting, Allocation of resources, Bench management, Utilization analysis & tracking progress, Training need identification and more. I have worked as core team member of "Oyster" Program which is cost effective fresher train & hire model.In my previous role, I have worked in Talent Acquisition team which was aligned with one of the units of Capgemini.

As Assistant Manager Recruitment I was responsible for demand fulfillment for Services business unit of Oracle FSS. I have successfully recruited resources across skill & levels based on demand forecast.I have good experience of end to end recruitment (Sourcing, Selection, offering, Negotiations, Engagement/ Conversion, on-boarding)I have been able to practice lot of innovative ideas during the process and specially for the purpose of conversion.
