Construction of Multi-storey Residential building of Stilt+4 pattern at Silchar under Assam 2BHK houses scheme in Silchar Municipal Area.Job Responsibilities:• Setting out of works in accordance with approved drawings and Contract agreement. Maintaining the site records which help for billing and calculation of work done in a certain period of time. • Checking the supplementary agreements and revised estimates are as per Assam Standard Schedule of Rates (SSR). • To investigate the soil from the observed site and by considering all the physical properties of the soil, for which the foundation is to be designed.• Planning, co-ordination and supervision of technical aspects of site. Supervising the staff and ensuring their safety. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site. • Conducting quality checks at the site and ensure that the quality is as per IS Code Standards and drawings. • Coordinating with the Designers and Contractors for planning the construction activities. • Preparing Bill of Quantities according to the construction at the site for sanctioning the amount. • Liaising with Sub contractors and Quantity Surveyors about the ordering and negotiating of materials. • Quantities estimation has been done for a typical floor where it is used for materials requirement.
