Experience setting up Windows environment (enduser) and mobile devices (Android/IOS);Experience as Service Desk (1st line):Communication with the end user providing a single channel of communication;Supporting the user in problems and doubts reported;Systematization of the information to be passed on to the on-site support teams;Management of problems with the communications operator;Access control system operation;Experience as Field Support (2nd line):Technically intervenue with the equipment and users at the customer's premises;Interact with third parties to support interventions;International support contacts and testing for new platforms;Support the user in the use of IT resources.Asset Management for 3 Countries (Portugal, Angola and Mozambique)
