• Responsible for strategizing and execution of the product roadmap for NorthQ digital products and services. My main tasks include:
• Product life cycle management from concept to phasing out of the products
• Analyze, identify and quantify opportunities for new markets, new product features and new product ideas
• Set product requirements in line with customer needs and business objectives
• Make decisions for the product line supporting the overall business strategy
• Gain and maintain expertise in the product, market and business trends

• Responsible for scoping, planning, execution and management of NorthQ’s Energy data collection and visualization system. The system allows Businesses, Municipalities, Property managers and Social housing associations.
• Manage the product roadmap, priorities and backlog according to business strategy
• Collaborate with clients and industry leaders to establish the product vision
• Conducting qualitative research to identify jobs to be done
• Work closely with engineers and designers to bring the product to market
• Provide status updates to management, to team members, and to interested parties

• Contributing to and developing integrated marketing campaigns. Main tasks:
• develop, marketing plans and strategies
• communicate with target audiences and managing customer relationships
• source advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press
• manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, product packaging, posters, flyers, e-newsletters
• collaborate with designers

• Support and drive the development and implementation of planned activities for recruitment and retention of patients in trials. Main tasks:
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment and retention initiatives targeting patients, trial doctors and nurses, and Novo Nordisk employees;
• Support global external meetings; e.g. develop concepts for workshops, interview trial doctors and nurses;
• Liaise with multiple cross-functional stakeholders on a global as well as local level;
• Manage collaboration with vendors, innovate processes and negotiate terms when relevant
