I started cooperating with individual IT companies in Ukraine in January 2022 and developed a company to offer comprehensive programs to more Ukrainian IT companies over time. At first, we exclusively dealt with IT companies and were known as "IT English Academy." Now, we have clients from multiple industries, students of many different backgrounds, and a handful of program offers. I manage teams and clients, oversee program development, guide students, train teachers, and create networking opportunities.

I worked as part of the Maynooth International Engineering College (MIEC). Maynooth University is a top Irish university, and this college was a partnership program with Fuzhou University in Fuzhou, China. As one of the founding lecturers in the college, I helped facilitate the students' communication skills and career development. Initially, the position was on-site in Fuzhou. However, China's response to COVID-19 made it a remote position, and I relocated to Lviv, Ukraine. During my four years in the program, I had over a thousand students, most of whom were engineering and programming students. With my team, we developed curriculum, video material, and flexible learning methods and achieved top results. Students were effectively prepared for further education, career development, and the IELTS exam.

As a lecturer, I taught public speaking, communication skills, and English classes. Class sizes were between 30 and 300. I developed unique and new courses for public speaking and communication skills. I taught over one thousand students during my one-year placement here.
