As a Principal Consultant, I am responsible for the overall vision of the solutions being provided across multiple clients. These responsibilities include the overall leadership of the team, defining the overall enterprise vision and processes to support the solution delivery process, and managing the day-to-day efforts of the development team. As a principal consultant I also work very closely with the PMO team helping to bridge the gap between business and technology.

As a Senior Consultant at Neudesic, I was responsible for leading multiple projects for various clients. Responsibilities as a Technical Lead on a project included handling the enterprise architecture, solution architecture and design, being the 'go-to' technical resource, and helping to bridge the gap between the product owners and solution delivery team.

At First Solar, I was responsible for delivering products for the O&M Organization. The O&M organization was responsible for operating and maintaining a global fleet of photovoltaic (PV) power plants. The PV Software team designed, implemented, and maintained the systems and software that equipped the O&M organization to successfully manage 1GW of monitored PV Plants - the largest in the world. In my 2 ½ years at First Solar, I’ve held the positions of Systems Analyst, Solutions Architect, and Manager – PV Software.

At Beyond Software, I was responsible for designing and developing a commercial project management SaaS solution for small to medium sized businesses. Beyond Software was a startup company with only 6 employees. It was also started by the owner of my previous employer, Six Disciplines. I was the lead developer and architect on the project, and was asked to lead the development while still employed by Six Disciplines.

At Six Disciplines, I was a software developer on a commercial application that was used as an ERP solution for small businesses. I spent my first year at Six Disciplines working on the Financial module of the application. After making many suggestions and improvements to the underlying framework, I was moved to the Systems team to develop frameworks and shared controls and components.
