At RQAW, we are committed to helping communities prosper.I have been a Kosciusko County Chamber Ambassador since February 2021, being an Ambassador keeps me updated on what's going on in our community and I can help new chamber members by sharing details of how they can get assistance as they grow their business and keeping an open line of contact if they ever need anything. I've built (5) online stores from scratch that generated a minimum of $5,000/month and a maximum of $80,000/month. I built the brand, the operating procedures and the marketing material. I sourced the product, created our inventory system and created online solutions to better serve our customers. I've built (3) retail operations from the ground up, creating the brand, building websites, building shelving/tables for product, designing the showroom floor, sourcing and unloading product, pricing and displaying it for customers.I have created completely original products and sourced the materials necessary to develop a product as well as designing packaging to display in retail settings. I've handled a majority of the customer service for all of these operations. I have a background in business reputation management from when I was an Account Manager at Clear Vision Media.I have had two startups funded from outside investors. I've handled every step needed to build and maintain a business.I've worked on Congressional, US Senate, municipal and county elections.I've practiced delegating work to a dedicated team and I've managed successful teams up to 7 employees. I was elected to be a Kosciusko County Delegate for the Indiana GOP Convention being the second highest vote getter just behind State Representative Craig Snow.
