Since 1991, I have been actively engaged in the practice of general civil litigation with specialization in insurance defense, commercial and business litigation, construction litigation, subrogation, product liability and workers’ compensation. In addition to serving as state-wide counsel for numerous insurance companies and many private corporations. I also represent the State of Georgia in its legal matters.Prior to joining Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske, I founded Skedsvold & White, LLC with Kevin Skedsvold in 2006. In addition to being admitted to practice in all Georgia Trial Courts, including Federal District Courts, I am also admitted to practice in the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals. Currently, I am a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and Council for Litigation Management. I am also a member of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association where I have previously served on its Automobile Liability and Premises Liability Committees. As a partner at QPWB, I have been actively involved not only in litigating various matters of behalf of the firm's clients but I am also actively involved in consulting with various clients to find means to better protect themselves from potential lawsuits and avoiding accidents in the first place. Toward that end, I am actively involved in presenting seminars to clients in an effort to keep them apprised of new developments in Georgia law on a wide range of topics.
