Main responsibilities, but not limited to:* Facilitating the communication between HR department and/or employees/ managers;* Assuring the compliance with Labor Law in what concerns HR documents and activities;* Managing the personnel files of the employees (ensures that all files are complete, sent to the external payroll provider);* Monitoring on a daily basis employee's timesheets;* Keeping track of all types of leaves (annual leave, paid holidays, sick leave);* Providing, if necessary, information related to the activity carried out, at the request of authorized entities (internal clients, external clients, internal audit, external audit, state control authorities);* Providing support to employees regarding the requests/ questions they have related to the HR activities;* Preparing various HR relates reports requested by various departments within the company;* Understanding and comply with all safety rules and company policies;* Constant updating the database (Smartree) depending on the changes made on the organizational chart;* Maintaining contact/ relationships with HR related external suppliers;* Participated in HR project implementation (when we changed the database from Wizrom to Smartree).
