My main role as the Production Control Room (PCR) Procedure and Audio Visual Technician is to provide technical and operational support to the museum and its clients on in-house and hybrid events.→ 3D Graphics Design and Operations for Miirage Screens.→ Set up and manage the vision and audio for live and hybrid broadcast events on MS Teams, Zoom, and YouTube.→ As the Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) operator, I manage the presentation, switch vision operations, and provide timely technical support as and when required. → I play an integral role in ensuring all events run smoothly and that the audio and visual aspects are seamless and meet the museum's needs. → Assist with video conferencing and Media Support Services.→ Provide projection mapping, digital media walls and digital signages.→ Operated the camera and concluded post-production for the Distributed Control Systems and Events team.→ Studio Maintenance and video editing.→ Worked with the Video Content Team in the Creative Helm, operating the camera and post production on special shows and a pilot.

In this role, I managed 22 media professionals. The role allowed me to showcase my multiple talents and work on diverse projects as a supervising producer and a skilled project developer, music producer and composer. My main responsibilities included show/project planning and production processes. I conceptualised and designed new models and presentations for various TV programs.Achievements:→ Winner of the Hero Honda Award and Asian Television Awards→ Supervising Producer on the leading TV shows "The Great Indian Tamasha" & "GustakhiMaaf", a prime time political satire production using puppets.→ Producer themed soundscape/music for a healthcare weekly show "Doctors On Call", the News, and Special Project Shows.Other responsibilities:→ I oversaw the script writer briefings, voice artists, editorial channel heads and sales. → I operated the PCR, camera, lighting, and post-production. → Shooting and editing the healthcare show with doctors.→ Prepared and maintained the accounts and rosters for all productions. This included creating and adhering to budgets and production control.→ Recruited and trained new puppeteers and producers who joined the set.→ Editing graphics, audio, and production control. → Facilitated brainstorming and initiated new ideas and formats for the various shows.
