MOTOR INSURANCE  Preparing daily, weekly, Monthly business reports to branch and Ops HOD.  Strictly following Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined by the Company.  Build relationships with partner and internal team along with tied partner companies.  Escalation handling from partners related to their business and the payout related queries.  Process cancellation and rebooking details in the company system.  Helping endorsement and re-issuance of the policies.  Quality check of the issued policies for Motor insurance and Commercial policies.  Follow up with tied insurer companies regarding pending business reports and the current status of the policies.  Training to the branch team for newly added Motor product and newly added companies.  Create process note for newly added products as Motor Insurance.  Timely updates of newly added products and theirs process to Branch operations through calls and mails. LIFE INSURANCE  Pre-Underwriting & Quality Assurance of Life Insurance Applications  Daily Reconciliation of all applied/issued Cases for all details (Policy Status, Mode, Premium etc)  Presentation of all Life Insurance Business details (Target Vs Achievement) to Head of Operations  End to end resolution of Life Insurance Payout related queries  End to end resolution of Life Insurance Endorsement Applications  Management of Policy Servicing Requests (Financial & Non-Financial)  Renewal Collection & Persistency Management  Issuance Follow-ups and tracking for Issuance within defined TAT  Requirements handling (Medical, Non-Medical & Risk)  Tracking of RCU and PIVC Cases  Coordinate with payout team.
