Seeing as though the ORC offers a wide selection of activities with vastly different user demographics, Ireena collaborated with different departments to develop buyer personas, text, images and calls-to-action unique to each department, yet still consistent with the overall ORC brand. Our primary data collection form can now boast a submission rate averaging around or above 7.5 per cent, an impressive figure we owe in large part to the groundwork Ireena helped lay down. At the same time, Ireena worked with the web design firm to test and refine functionality to better leverage the ORC’s offerings, unique selling points and branding. Can one communicate fun, worry-free leisure for families purely through visual design? How can we create compelling content which will prompt someone to take action and book a tour, or give our Membership Team a phone call? These were things Ireena Haque was instrumental in helping ORC accomplish in our website - from beginning to end - the entire 360 degree circle, if you will. She attacks problems using industry research, using those insights to brainstorm and develop elegant, effective solutions. As the head of the ORC Marketing Department and Ireena’s direct supervisor, I’d also like to mention what a joy she is to work with.
