 Lead the team to identity new potential manufacturer and contractors, evaluate and onboard new suppliers. Supervise the work of sourcing unit and propose proper programs for team development. Review suppliers (manufacturers & contractors) legal, physical and financial status. Verify supplier capabilities to produced targeted commodities. Prepare and submit technical and quality packages for review by inspection and engineering. Participate with technical and quality team in the physical assessment/survey. Maintain appropriate contact with vendors concerning commodity availability, prices and terms of supply and placement of orders. Handled critical spare parts (MRO), equipment’s and packages (Skids, HVAC, Water, Electrical & Instrumentations, Mechanical, Fire & Safety, General Maintenance, and Consumables). Expediting and monitoring of awarded work POs placed on approved Indian & International vendors. Work in a cross functional team environment, working with engineering, advanced manufacturing, quality, supply chain, commodity managers and global suppliers. Gather market & supplier intelligence, trends, technologies; Utilize them in procurement & supply chain strategies and stake holder engagement. Attend business events to establish contacts and identify the potential source of materials and investors for the KSA; besides strengthening professional business relationships with Oil & Gas key professionals / Organizations and Industrial associations. Promote KSA economy by introducing the potential investment opportunities to suppliers.
