Proud co-owner of an online retail store that has sold throughout the United States. I am responsible for overseeing operations, policy implementation and strategic planning. I process all orders, blog and website maintenance, weekly inspirational devotionals, customer service, and am responsible for making all managerial decisions.

Experience and knowledge of working with students with an IEP and 504. I work individually with students to support their educational goals. I assisted in teaching general education students in a classroom setting, implementing units that extend into all areas of the curriculum, redirect students with behavioral problems, and maintain full classroom management in primary teacher’s absence.

Customer Service Receptionist. I was responsible for member check-ins, facility management, front desk transactions, inventory, and assisting members with questions and concerns .

Service Representative . I coordinate appointments with students and instructors. Collected monthly tuition for instructors as well as handled daily expenses. Secretarial work such as filing, organizing, restocking, customer inquiries, and liaison for the store owner, staff, and parents.
