o Implementation of HR processes in HR systems: welfare, annual bonuses, progressions, etc.o Building and execution of divisional welfare annual plano Planning and maintaining the unit budget plan, in accordance to business guidelineso Purchase Order management, external and internal vendors engagement and managemento Cross organization learning & development programs, including knowledge gap evaluation in the different units, and dedicated learning plans per specific project needs and challenges
