As a High School College Career Military Readiness Coach (CCMR), I hold the primary responsibility of preparing and guiding students towards college and career readiness, as well as military readiness. I work closely with students to help them identify their goals, interests, and skills, and assist them in creating a plan to achieve those goals.In addition to this, I provide guidance and support to students in navigating the financial aid process, including filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA). I also help students identify and apply for scholarships that match their academic achievements and financial needs.In this role, I build strong relationships with students, parents, and community partners, and connect students to resources that can help them succeed. Collaboration with school staff and faculty is an essential aspect of my work to promote college and career readiness initiatives and ensure that all students have access to the resources they need to achieve their goals.As a High School CCMR, I strive to empower students to make informed decisions about their future, and provide them with the tools and support they need to achieve their dreams.
