Lead weekly group yoga class, “Melanated Monday,” curated for Black individuals to begin or deepen their yoga practice in a communal environment: provide modifications, alignment cues, and demos. Managed day-to-day and annual operations of middle school including: hiring and talent development, direction-setting, stakeholder management, coordinating state testing, analyzing school-wide data, and creating action plans. Led ongoing professional development for 40+ staff members, topics including: research-based math practices, restorative practices.

Observed and provided real-time and post-lesson feedback on lesson cycle and co-design action steps with teachers to improve their practice. Developed assets-based coaching plans for teachers 6-8 teachers yearly, driving towards self-identified development goals aligned to school priorities.

Designed and executed Common Core aligned inquiry-based 5th- 8th grade math lessons. Tracked and analyzed mastery data in order to facilitate small group instruction for remediation and acceleration. At the end of 2014-2015 school year, 83% of all scholars taught met or exceed NWEA MAP 1-year growth goal.
