As a Leader-In-Residence, I have the opportunity to work on multiple projects that ultimately touch teachers and their development - working on course design for graduate students, leading educators in communities of practice, and engaging directly with teammates to think expansively about what it means to be a joyful, rigorous, culturally competent force.

As an independent consultant, I support education orgs, nonprofits, and design groups with strategic planning of content, development of resources, talent sourcing and hiring, and instructional design. In this role, I was responsible for the leadership of a five-week rigorous teacher training experience (Institute) during which novice teachers begin their teaching journey via practicum teaching, pedagogy development, DEI training and more.
