About Iris R.

In my current role as an elementary school teacher, I manage stakeholders, oversee cross-functional projects, and leverage data to facilitate a positive and progressive learning atmosphere. Prior to becoming a teacher, I managed sales and operations teams at known retail brands. In my career, I have greatly enjoyed managing and building long-term relationships with clients and students to help them achieve their goals.During my time as an educator, I’ve learned how to grow authentic relationships by building trust and approaching problems with a sense of urgency. My students and my peers know me as someone they can always count on to conceptualize different perspectives and manage internal conflicts. I’m excited to apply my experience as an educator to a new role where I can grow accounts and help them utilize a platform to achieve their business goals. Outside of my professional work, I am an avid plant collector, home chef enthusiast, and enjoy the positive effects of laughter.
