My experience in investment research have spanned a variety of perspectives: I’ve controlled for risk with quantitative research and risk modeling for a unique emerging markets strategy, developed portfolio replication and optimization strategies, and led a team focused on credit analysis for short-term investments.I believe that high-performing teams operate with a high degree of psychological trust and unified purpose. Teams are like puzzles, where every piece is unique and a good team leader knows how to place each piece in the right spot at the right time. I love that challenge but realize that it takes patience, care and perseverance to put it all together. This is my purpose, and it’s where I excel.
