Having had experience in the managerial field I have been able to gain invaluable experience as a leader by creating great working relationships. I believe that the customer is at the heart of everything we do, by taking an enthusiastic approach combined with a friendly and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction I can help new to role and tenured staff understand the importance of getting it right for our customers and the positive impact this can have not only on the agent but also the customer and the business. I have a passion for helping others and seeing their confidence grow and have an ability to coach and mentor my peers. This is evident in my track record which includes positive feedback from my peers and management in the success I have had working with several teams and individuals. I strive to make sure that the targets given are met and have great attention to detail when it comes to looking behind the numbers. I have had the opportunity to work on numerous projects and enjoyed being able to use my creative side to get involved in the process and delivery of each brief to ensure it meets different learning style to suit every individual.
