Working closely with others (such as application engineers, sales and agencies etc.) in production and localization of the content. ● Manage the preparation of sales tools, lead generation campaigns, promotions, event management, exhibitions, seminars, meeting, etc. ● Regularly analyze campaign outcomes in detail, draw insights and monitor results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and adjusts marketing plan accordingly.Event Management● Work closely with regional sales team to identify strategic events/seminars.● Responsible for event execution including seminars, tradeshows, partner events, branch opening ceremony, etc.Marketing Tools● Enter and maintain campaign activities, import leads when applicable; can effectively use salesforce. Intimately understand how the lead management process works

● Fully in charge of marketing automation strategy development, implementation and evaluation in G.China to increase leads quality in all marketing channel● Develop and execute email marketing as leads generation channel by using Eloqua, meanwhile as an Eloqua super user, to train team members for Eloqua knowledge.● Drive team members and agency to run leads generation campaigns for different customer segments and products and take responsible for campaign analytics and results.

Shanghai City, China

● Fully in charge of digital marketing strategy development, implementation and evaluation in G.China to increase brand awareness and sales leads. ● Plan and implement integrated online marketing campaigns by Interactive Mini Site, PPC/SEO, E-mail Campaigns and Social Media Marketing, etc.● Work cooperatively with global marketing team, sales, IT, finance and AE to deliver the target. Lead and manage the agency to run different online campaigns.● Special local event management like press conference and company kick-off meeting.

Shanghai

● Product launch: develop different online channel promotion strategies for monthly key product, including: official website, social media, external website, search engine and direct mail.● Direct mail: develop local DM plan and project aligned with global and local marketing strategy. Design different sending strategies via database insight, segmentation and customer behavior analysis.● Metrics analysis: analyze different online data to evaluate the online marketing performance.● A whole project for developing an online website application, targeted as engineers' social media communication. With over 1700 downloads and over 350 engagements for promotion month.● Work closely with international MarCom and Global DM/Web colleagues on global/regional projects and shared best practices. Cooperated proactively with local MarCom, Product Marketing, Sales, online media and vendors to generate registration/sales leads, increase conversion, optimize web traffic, and drive to main CTAs.

Support senior research executive to do some projects:● Chrysler Jeep Consumer Insights Study:quantitative: design and revise quantitative questionnaire, check and analysis research data, draw analyze graph;qualitative: arrange respondents’ dairies and transcripts;● SVW Dynamic Test Drive:Help to conceive and write the English training script● Auto Loan Desk Research: Collect the Auto Loan information and summarize the different types of loans and their pros and cons.
