Reporting to: China Country ManagerResponsibilities:Responsible for full cycle of products in key customers in East China: UTStarcom,ZTE,H3C,Laketune,Compex,ASB,CIG,Flextronics, etc.Drive FAE/BU/Customer design-win to achieve revenue goal.Drive BU/Customer on pricing, bidding and the other business negotiation.Build strong relationship with contacts in key customers.New product engagement and delivery training to key customers.Handling the distributor sales management in East China.Supporting customers/sales/internal roling as inside sales manager in 2008/3~2008/12. Take care all kinds of the requests about orders from China and Southeast Asia.(Reschedule/shipment/payment/credit/RMA/PCN)Forecast management and deal with the requests from customers and internal.

Reporting to: Sales Director Responsibilities:Responsible for the management of the sales contract orders.Sales profit control for major projects.Tracking/push the status of major projects.Support for bid from the company's resource.Negotiation with customer for pricing/business terms and conditions.Building and Retaining Customer RelationshipsPromote cooperation within the regions of Zhejiang Province.
