* Localization Project Management:- Managing linguistic teams of more than 120 freelancers from around the world and coordinating localization projects in over 40 languages. This includes establishing processes, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and calculating budgets and timelines while taking into account all resource time zones and ensuring client deadlines are met.- Conducting quality assurance checks on final deliverables and assisting the LPM and technical team with file processing and deliverable preparation. - Assisting in the recruitment, coordination, onboarding, training, and evaluation of linguistic resources.- Constantly providing feedback to linguists while managing projects in order to improve translation quality and ensure client requirements are fulfilled.- Maintaining contact with the technical team (engineers, DTP specialists) to enhance the workflow and optimize procedures related to translation and multilingual content planning and delivery.*Other tasks:- Supporting Resource Managers in the hiring and training of new multilingual team members.- Providing linguistic assessment and evaluation for the EN-VI language pair during the recruitment process.- Training and onboarding new Junior Project Managers and supervising their work.- Translating and reviewing EN-VI translation works.
