About Ian Robertson

My primary goal is to build trust as the foundation to any strong relationship. With an ever changing technology landscape, my wide and varied networking and telecoms experience allows me to understand and construct complex propositions in an easy to understand format that solve real business problems. Building real solutions needs a true partnership, operating as an extension to the customers organisation. I am an experienced IT / Telecommunications professional and pride myself on delivering excellent customer service and value to all my relationships. My focus is building Immersive Solutions, AR, VR, XR, holograms, immersive rooms. As well as being PRINCE2 and ITIL certified, other areas of speciality include field engineering services, migration design, professional services, indoor small cells, cloud, data centre flexible compute, unified communications, among many others. I enjoy proposing real transformational solutions that are innovative in the eyes of the customer, with a real focus on customer satisfaction.For fun I compete in Triathlons, have been a member of the GB Age Group Team for standard (Olympic) distance and to supplement this I am also an ultra runner.
