Primarily responsible for CU Direct Corporation’s core Business Applications.• Document business requirements for CU Direct’s Loan Origination System and New Account Opening System.• Maintain relationships between product stakeholders and internal development team for new system enhancements.• Provide mock-ups and wire-frames to support Online Responsive Internet Application.• Plan and manage releases cycles using Agile Software Development methodologies to support new product functionality and client enhancement requests.• Manage product backlogs to determine priority of future enhancements.• Provide written requirements, acceptance criteria, user stories and test cases.• Work with key Development Team to obtain time estimates for release planning.• Demonstrate new system features through functional review process.• Lead User Acceptance Testing to ensure design and functionality meets client expectations and user experience.• Develop release plans to implement key features within expected timelines. • Manage Release Communications for new System Enhancements• Review and respond to Request for Proposals for CU Direct core Business Applications.• Perform in-depth sales presentations and provide system demos for potential clients.• Manage Corporate Agreements and develop Pricing Proposals for potential clients.• Experience with Product Management Tools such as OnTime, BaseCamp, Target Process, Mind Jet and Kanban Flow.

Primarily responsible for credit union Risk Management and Portfolio Analysis.• Draft business requirements for new system functionality.• Work with Development personnel to discuss system requirements.• Perform User Acceptance Testing on new functionality.• Monitor product backlog prioritizing features and product bugs. • Complete quarterly departmental audits to ensure compliance with documented policies and procedures.• Provide analysis on lending portfolio while documenting results.• Recommended changes to underwriting policies based on analysis to mitigate risk.• Implement changes to underwriting strategies to protect the credit union investments.• Ensure the annual portfolio analysis is completed documenting performance and profitability of the multiple products offered.• Draft new policies and procedures according to new regulations to ensure credit union compliance.
