In support of Mission Command Center of Excellence, Capabilities Development Integration Division, Capabilities Requirements Division (MC CDID-CRD, Futures Command) United States Army Combined Arms Center, United States Army Futures Command:Provided operations analysis for the Headquarters Echelons Above Brigade Headquarters and Formations Assessment Teams. Participated in the JCIDs process using TRADOC Regulation 350-70. Worked on Capabilities based assessments (CBA), DOTMLPF-P analysis, Materiel Solutions Analysis, Joint (DCRs). Coordinated with Centers of Excellence, and Proponents Subject matter experts for Action officer Staffing, and 0-6 level staffing. Ensured solutions to gaps were tied to mission command tasks, Army universal tasks, mission essential tasks, and joint tasks using the Army ADDIE Model for sustainment training and educational products required for Division, Corps, and Army service component commands. Conducted comprehensive research and analysis using previous ARCIC and Capabilities Needs Assessments.ACHIEVEMENTS:-Performed Operations and Analyst duties during Limited Operational Experiment 5 (LOE5) and LOE6 in the Fort Leavenworth Battle Lab.-Contributed to the development of the EAB Headquarters Assessment Report 2019.-Coordinated with TRADOC Capabilities Managers (TCM) for MC CoE input to HQ EAB assessment.-Managed Solutions Considered, and Solutions Recommended master documents using Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft word documents, and secure Sharepoint.-Completed BLCE training (Battle Lab Collaborative Exercise) training and used during LOE5 to obtain lessons learned from COEs and proponent SMEs.

Led and synchronized an Executive Combined Staff of 20+ who administered the military and master’s degree education of 1700 Resident and 9000 non-resident US and International Officer students. Selected over 150+ instructors to become Program Manager. Responsible for the administration and management of the Army’s distance learning program. Supervised 36 civilian and 20 officer faculty facilitating the 12 month Advanced Operations course. Coordinated and built partnerships with external organizations such as Army G3-5/7, Human Resource Command, Training and Doctrine Command, National Guard Training Branch as well as the US Army Reserve Leader Development Division.ACHIEVEMENTS: - Forecasted and managed the overall growth of the program from 700 students to 1500 students.- Developed the first strategic messaging program to successfully raise fill rate from 45% to fill 95% of January 2015 allocated training slots.- Instrumental in the development and execution of a pilot program to deliver AOC to officers at West Point.

Instructor, mentor, and curriculum integrator for CGSC DDE, Advanced Operations Course. Facilitated the Army’s officer graduate-level education of over 30 officers during a 12 month long course. Directed US Army Division North Coordination efforts between US Army, Iraqi Army, Kurdish Army, Kurdish Police, Oil Police, and Iraqi Intelligence agencies. Facilitated transparency of security operations and created unity of effort to deny violent extremist networks freedom of maneuver in disputed areas.ACHIEVEMENTS: - Recognized by the US Ambassador to Iraq and the US Forces-Iraq Commander for forward thinking design, formation and training, and strategic modifications in the development of a Regional Coordination Center to monitor potential ethnic crisis and mitigate tension in Northern Iraq.- Established, developed and facilitated the collection, dissemination, and sharing of intelligence reports across all Iraqi Security Forces.

Responsible for the directing, coordinating and synchronizing of a staff of administrative, operational, and logistical personnel to ensure the training and management for over 2,800+ personnel. Personally managed a $1.7M+ operating budget.
