The infotainment system is the inner face of your car - GPS navigation, bluetooth phone, multimedia player, radio tuner. In other words - it is the main way of interaction between driver and the car, so verification of its absolutely correct, fast and easy work was my highest priority.- After analyzing the existing test process, its main failures and weaknesses, I offered to set up Daily Builds and received customer approval. In collaboration with the dev team I designed a specific smoke test scope, which in result gave a stable testing environment, early notice for the dev team if any module is broken and decreased the number of irrelevant bug reports to 0.- Redesigned existing Software Download automation scripts to make them match different car models, which resulted in saving 20% of test time daily- Closely collaborated with Customer test-drive support team, provided help with traces collection and reproducing defects

Being a part of the Miratech team and on its behalf, I worked for the biggest cell operator on the local market. Web application for a call center is what an employee sees on the screen when receiving your call to support. My main responsibilities were to test application stability and performance, its correct logic implementation and state transactions. - Increased and improved test coverage by creating Traceability Matrix- Created and performed functional test cases for new features - Designed regression tests automation- Completed, tracked and managed all documentation and remarks from the customer side- Performance testing
