As the General Manager of the South End Cafe, I oversee the development of the coffee shop as well as the development of our employees, as a second chance employer. I oversee all aspects of this coffee shop to not only serve customers, but to improve the livelihood of all employees.

I started/operated a food pantry in South Linden. This job required oversight of public relations, partnering with other agencies, hiring/overseeing staff and volunteers, as well as creating business protocols.

I started out as a laser technician, but throughout the years, I moved up to being a product manager. This involved me overseeing client accounts, the production of laser cut materials, and installation of large signs. This also required me to perform maintenance on the machinery as well as editing/creating files using autoCAD.
