Drawing inspiration from Schopenhauer, I can say that the cards I was dealt weren't the best. However, through trial and correction, I played them to my advantage. I say this as I was born and raised in an extremely challenging environment: the only child in a very low-income family, in a community where ambition and aspirations were void of meaning. Yet, I refused to bend to the status quo. With discipline, dedication, and determination, I built my growth path on three pillars: continuous learning, consecutive positive outcomes, and genuine connections. This transformed me into a relationship catalyst, a netweaver in essence, and a purpose-driven networker. This journey led to a robust career in sales and people management, especially in Tech and Business Process Outsourcing companies. With an unyielding spirit and passion for innovation, I became a serial (intra)preneur. For over 20 years, I've been leading teams and companies to significant results, aiding in building careers and professional projects, either as a direct or indirect leader, or as a certified advisory mentor. An active member of Brazil's largest C-Level network, comprising executives from companies with annual revenues exceeding R$100MM, I also engage in other associations and guilds, continuously seeking knowledge and forming meaningful relationships. I'm a nexialist, theologian, futurist, Metaverse specialist, and an expert in web3.Father to 5 children, 2 by blood and 3 by heart, I find in them my greatest mission and strongest inspiration to leave a beautiful legacy.
