Head performance coach for women’s tennis (Mountain West Women’s Tennis Champions 2021) and women’s soccer.

Assisted in the programming and daily facilitation of the strength and conditioning program forfootball (Mountain West Football Champions 2020) while simultaneously leading six additionalsports. Promoted to lead assistant role prior to the completion of two-year agreement.

Assisted with implementing strength and conditioning programs for various sports. Responsible for setting up and breaking down equipment in the gym or on the field for sport-specific training as well as equipment maintenance. Assisted athletes during training with spotting and cueing. Participated in strength and conditioning curriculum study as part of internship.

Hired as Personal Training Counselor at La Cienaga club (Nov. 2015). Promoted to Assistant Personal Training Director at Glendale club (March 2016). Promoted to Personal Training Director at Westwood club (June 2016). Directed and managed all aspects of personal training department for Westwood Club, including: terminating, recruiting, hiring, and managing departmental employees; assessing potential clients’ training needs and pairing clients with appropriate trainers; addressing any matters with 400+ clients; retaining and growing club’s financial base. Specifically, grew client base by 50+% in 5 months while curbing client attrition and rolled forward 2 consecutive months highest Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) of company’s 700 clubs.
