Leadership role in a high-volume cafe. Involved multitasking under time-pressure while maintaining a positive environment for staff and guests. Experience onboarding and training new hires, developing rapport and communicating effectively to support their growth. As a supervisor I was responsible for preparing for busy weekend shifts, leading up to five floor staff, managing money and opening and closing the venue.

Position tutoring students from Prep to Year 9 in English using set Numberworks program. Required dividing attention and assistance between multiple students at once, and proactively creating individualised lesson plans to ensure students were supported and improving. Responsible for reporting on students’ achievements and struggles, articulating this in ways tailored to students, managers and parents.
