Responsibilities:• Take dictation and create minutes of meetings.• Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.• Act as the point of contact for internal/external contacts.• Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.• Entering data, and maintaining filing system.• Making travel arrangements.• Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.• Research/sourcing for supplies, events, companies, etc.• Observing best business practices and etiquette.Requirements and skills:• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures• MS Office and English proficiency• Outstanding organizational and time management skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload• Able to easily and independently adopt new office gadgets and applications• Excellent English verbal and written communications skills• Discretion and confidentiality

Perform laboratory related works including water perimeter testingCollection of water samples and data recording on water test resultsProvide periodic inspections or audits to local and overseas farmsPerform periodic raw water analysis on coastal waterManage and calibrate water analytical probes for both laboratory and farmConduct training and testing to farm operators on water condition managementOther ad-hoc duties as assigned
