In October 2022, I took over the company's Vendor Partner Program which involved negotiating revenue share agreements, coordinating event sponsorships, managing quarterly reconciliation, and vetting new legal vendors to join the program. I was officially promoted to Director of Business Development a few months later at the start of 2023. In this role, I continued to drive revenue for the company in both the new member and new vendor pipelines. I was the sole contributor to the company's net new revenue until I was able to bring on and train a Business Development Representative in July 2023. From January to February 2024, I was heavily involved in account management during the company's second price change. Leveraging data analytics, I brought each customer a proposal for how they could best optimize their membership on the new plans moving forward.Earned Employee of the Year in 2023
