Furthermore, I also implemented knowledge-transfer sessions between the development and integration teams for seamless integration. Hence, this approach to sprint planning helped with the timely resolution of unforeseen problems without any delays in project deliverables, also reducing the need for rework.Moreover, I promoted a rationale-based velocity increase at each increment, only increasing the velocity when we could maintain and increase it in the following sprint. This resulted in achieving increased and sustainable velocity in the development streams in a given lifecycle by 35%. In this role, I led the transition of current-generation sensors to next-generation — the technological transformation — and its required network and architectural transformation per ARXML standards while collaborating with tech centers in Europe, North America, South America, and Asia-Pacific. Our work included modifying the software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces to lead software and hardware-based transitions.Among my proud accomplishments here was designing and implementing an organizational framework that improved collaboration and communication among all key stakeholders and developing teams, which ultimately streamlined a number of processes, enhanced development efficiency, reduced costs, and saved time — also ensuring strategic and development alignment.By bringing the geographically dispersed teams/tech centers together on the same page, I was able to implement a unified release strategy with simultaneous, uniform, and agile evaluation across the locations. This resulted in reducing the sensor evaluation time by approximately over 93%. Moreover, the collaboration also supported my introduction of various supplier initiatives that optimized hardware utilization and thus, significantly reduced the need for additional hardware and associated cost. SELECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS:- Supported supplier-OEM joint product development initiatives for next-generation radars by developing modular SW package incorporating ASPICE standards to lead packaging studies with the non-production radars.- Reduced the effort to bring up the evaluation ecosystem by 25% through data ingestion strategies from suppliers.- Worked towards Enablers with system architects to support architectural runway for achieving forthcoming development outcomes.

Here, I held different roles, including the Software Lead for a research project and as a research engineer at the International Center for Automotive Research, working on various AI mobility solutions.As the Software Lead, I worked with high-fidelity simulations engines, like Carla and LGSVL, in the Creative Inquiry: AI in Race Car Project — testing planned controllers under real-world driving conditions. Moreover, I designed motion planning and route planning algorithms while leading the research inquiry for achieving the desired outcomes. Additionally, I worked with and managed a team of 8 undergraduate students through the project, helping them achieve the set milestones while also coaching them on technicalities and problems.
