Interactive Avenues is a full-service digital marketing company with offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. IPG Mediabrands, the media holding company within Interpublic Group (IPG) acquired Interactive Avenues in March 2013.I spent over a decade at Interactive Avenues, leading client relationships with Colgate Palmolive, ICICI Bank, IDFC Bank, Saint Gobain, Mahindra and Bajaj Auto to name a few. I have also successfully managed the role of building inter agency partnerships at Interactive Avenues. After the company’s acquisition in 2013 by IPG Mediabrands, I did a short stint with IPG at their London office. During this stint, I was responsible for leading and managing relationships between IPG Mediabrands UK and Interactive Avenues. The key relationships I managed were with UM and Initiative in London. The Key clients I worked with were Tesco, Microsoft, Economist, General Mills and Hertz. I worked closely with V Ramani who was the Co-founder/CEO. I was given full scale employment within the first 4 months. The team was extremely small and one was encouraged to take on more. My role primarily revolved around creative concepts and execution. As I got more involved I was encouraged to work closely with the servicing team. Some of the key accounts were DHL, Axe, ICICI Prudential, ICICI Home Search and Voltas. I had the unique ability of conceptualizing, designing, executing not only the creative but also servicing some of the accounts.
