Ishan Sinha hails from Patna, Bihar. He completed his bachelor's of technology in Information technology from VIT Vellore in the year 2021. Subsequently, he gained twelve months of full-time work experience at athenahealth Inc. working as an Associate Member of Technical Staff. He worked across projects which involved creating microservices, network interface for communication using HL7 messages and created adapters for payer-provider integration. In 2022, he enrolled in IIM Shillong for his MBA, emerging as the top 10% CGPA scorer in the 2022-24 batch. He has also achieved national recognition in various B-school and corporate case competitions like Avalon Consulting's Sun Tzu and Aditya Birla group's Avanta Garde 8.0 among others. During his MBA, he interned with ICICI Bank's private equity team within Large Client's Group (LCG) and created a financial health scorecard to rate startups. Graduating from IIM Shillong, he currently works as a consultant at THB in the customer success (Pharma) team. His team contributes in accelerating growth of the pharma clientele by implementing analytical tools to boost performance.In his leisure time, Ishan enjoys reading, writing, travelling and teaching. He is associated with numerous NGOs which help to improve quality of education in the society.
