Virtual Voucher Systems (VVS) integration and rollout on the Claro Argentina, Claro Peru, COMCEL, Claro Uruguay, Claro Paraguay and Claro Brasil operators. Split of the prepaid charging system (OPSC Classic) of TIM Brasil with the objective of meeting the increase in demand in services. This project mobilized a team of 20 people and reduced the carrier's negative credit to 1% of traffic.Phase I on-site integration of the OPSC Gold (Convergent Billing) system at KCELL (Kazakhstan). With the implementation of Phase I, the operator migrated 20% of its subscribers to the convergent billing system.Assessment and Troubleshooting of the ENTEL PCS Orga Virtual Private Network (OVPN) system, aligning the core of the application with the graphical interface (OVPN SAMS). With the evaluation, correction and improvement of several processes, the operator reduced the number of corporate occurrences by 95%.Implementation of the 9th digit project (areas 1X, 2X and 8X) in the convergent billing system in the TIM Brasil operator. Reconfiguration of the system to meet the inclusion of the 9th digit. The reconfiguration was done based on scripts (perl and sql) in order to meet the file level (xml) and database (oracle).
