-Formulation of the company’s HSE plans, regulations and work operational procedures.-Undertaking of the hazard identification and risk assessment of the plant’s process activities and setting the different control measures for the potential hazards associated with each single activity.-Assisting in auditing of the PTW procedures (Permit to work system) and the ERP (Emergency Response Plan) and conducting training session for the company’s stuff to facilitate the implementation of the procedures.-Aware and Certified on Process hazard analysis PHA- Pro#7 software from DYADEM www.dyadem.com on the following study:- Hazard and Operability Analysis ( HAZOP ), Hazard Identification ,Risk Assessment and Risk Control ( HIRARC) Job Safety Analysis ( JSA ) Incident Investigation and Tracking System-Fully aware by operating all fire protection system ( water , foam and Inergen system )-Fully aware by fire extinguishers maintenances activity ( Inspection , Refilling, Recharging )-Fully aware by using all type of SCBA and its inspection and maintenances-Certified as authorized gas tester-Fully aware by fire truck operation
