Senior Creative Manager
Current Oversee and collaborate with creative associates to create winning proposals that effectively address the clients’ goals and purpose of their meeting while efficiently managing proposal deadlines Execute content strategy for large-scale projects and bid situations; be a consultative partner to the sales and operations teams Proposal Development to include creative content that creates deliverables that effectively address the clients’ goals and purpose of their meeting, focusing on larger opportunities. Develop comprehensive, unique, and intriguing program concepts for a variety of client needs, specializing in décor, entertainment, food and beverage Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences Execute site visits for opportunities the division is involved in, including attending site visits and arranging client gifts Create internal marketing campaigns for Hotel Partnerships that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies Assist the Director, Creative Program Design on departmental projects Build and maintain industry supplier knowledge and relationships for products and services Researching industry trends and effectively implementing them into new and fresh concepts Effectively communicate with suppliers, manage vendor bookings/holds, and maintain updated vendor information in our Salesforce database Execute proposal budgets using strategic and competitive pricing Develop creative write-ups for new products and services when needed Act as a coach and mentor to creative associates
