Urban Male Leadership Academy (UMLA) Scholars Program aims to empower and support young men of color, with a focus on Black and Latino male students, through rigorous academic and personal support over the course of their college careers.- Monitored all social media platforms, increasing the number of applicants and attendance at events- Coordinated with six committees within the program to advertise events and create an outreach network for future potential scholars- Led two leadership seminars per year that focus on admitting Black & Latino fellows into college through professional training, while contributing to the program by organizing on-campus events
